Old Crow, is sometimes a mean old Black Bird that will peck your eyes out and have the floor kissing you all night and most of the next day. I sometimes partake of the Old Bird but often mixing her with a little 7-Up (in a 12 ounce Can) can soften her meaness and make her sing like a bluebird.

 The bottled or 2 liter bottles of 7-UP do not hold the fizz that is required of a mixed drink.  My favorite of all the bourbons is W.L. Weller Green Label(very very difficult to find in these parts. Mix 50/50 with canned 7-up in a tall tumbler clean full to the top with fresh clean ice. stur with a pocket knife blade.  If you drink 3 of these you will sleep like a baby. 7-Up has no caffine.
